If you export under the free Personal License and then list the printed piece on Etsy, Shopee, Mercado Livre, Amazon Handmade, Instagram, WhatsApp catalog or any physical fair, we will detect it.

Do I really pay only once for the commercial license?
Yes. Each commercial export is a one-time purchase in credits. The license is attached to that specific piece and stays valid forever, even if you cancel your subscription or stop buying credit packs.
What exactly can I sell?
You can sell the physical printed copies of pieces you licensed commercially. You cannot resell or redistribute the STL/3MF file itself, share your account, or claim the parametric tool as your own.
Is a subscription mandatory to sell?
No. Subscriptions only make each commercial export cheaper (25% discount) and give you more cloud storage. You can buy credit packs à la carte and still get lifetime commercial rights per piece.
What if I cancel the subscription?
Every piece you already licensed as commercial stays licensed. You keep the STL, the certificate and the right to sell printed copies of it forever.
How do I prove my license if a marketplace asks?
Each commercial export generates a signed certificate (PDF + JSON) tied to your account, timestamped and downloadable from your dashboard. It's accepted as proof of chain-of-rights by every major marketplace we've dealt with.
