We collect the email address and authentication data you provide when creating an account, the parametric designs and projects you save, the files you upload for processing (such as SVG, STL or images), and usage data such as browser type, IP address and pages visited. Payment information is handled by our payment processor and is not stored on our servers.

We use your data to provide, maintain and improve the parametric design service, process your exports, authenticate your account, communicate important updates, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We also use aggregated, non-identifiable data to understand product usage and improve performance.

Your phone number is only used after an explicit, separate opt-in and only for account security alerts, project and licence updates and, when you allow it, product news. We record the date, the channel, the wording and the version of every consent as legal proof. You can withdraw consent with one click in your account or by replying STOP on WhatsApp; withdrawal cancels all pending messages immediately. We never sell or rent your number, and we never share it with advertisers.
