Terms of Service — MY3DCREATOR

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MY3DCREATOR website, parametric design tools and downloadable files. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of service

MY3DCREATOR provides browser-based parametric design tools that generate 3D printable files. Some features require an account, credits or a subscription. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to use paid features.

3. Licenses and downloads

Each download is offered under a Personal or Commercial license. The Personal License allows printing for non-commercial purposes. The Commercial License grants you the right to sell physical printed copies of the downloaded piece. You may not resell, redistribute or share the digital STL/3MF file itself, and you may not use the file to create competing parametric tools.

4. Payments and refunds

Credits, packs and subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor. Prices are shown before checkout and may change with notice. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for unused credits within 14 days of purchase, provided no files have been downloaded under the disputed transaction.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use MY3DCREATOR to generate weapons, illegal objects, malware, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts and remove content that violates these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The parametric tools, website code, brand assets and generated geometry algorithms are the property of MY3DCREATOR. When you license a download, you receive the right to print and, if applicable, sell physical copies — not ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property.

7. Limitation of liability

MY3DCREATOR is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that every generated file will print successfully on every printer or material. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the disputed transaction in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of São Paulo, Brazil, unless otherwise required by local consumer law.
